Misandry- meaning and example.

someone asked me the meaning of word Misandry : wikipedia defines misandry as hate for men
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Misandry
Recently I came across a statement – I am copy pasting it for your views : share views if this statement can be taken as anti-men ?
” So, men crave power structures and hierarchy. They will obey stuff like dogs, when hierarchy and power structures come. Look at corporates or political systems. Men licked the feet of Indira Gandhi and Sanjay Gandhi. Unless men start being respectful to each other, these fights will go on.”

notice the line- “they will obey stuff like dogs”
comparing men to dogs is misandry and using future tense shows that it does not relate to any particular event involving particular persons but is a general outlook towards men.
calling men foot lickers should also be taken as misandry but I am leaving it aside as it relates to a class of men in men. and these statements come from a man. If you think the statement is not anti-men,kindly tell me,I shall be gladly ready to rectify my mistake of calling these words as anti-men.
